Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders within the US over $149. For orders equaling $149 or less, shipping rates vary based on weight and distance traveled. All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Returns
We accept returns and exchanges on any unused and unwashed products, in original packaging, within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, Watercolor Kids cannot accept returns for any reason. Products with woven or law labels removed cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus outbound shipping costs. Once we receive your return to our warehouse, please allow 10 to 12 business days to process your refund. Watercolor Kids can only refund payments via the original payment method. If preferred, a store credit can be provided in lieu of a a refund.
Watercolor Kids cannot accept items damaged through abnormal circumstances or normal wear and tear, discoloration due to use of bleach, benzoyl peroxide, and alpha-hydroxy acid or residual bleach, and cannot claim responsibility for shrinkage or damage caused by washing machines, irons, steamers, or professional dry cleaners. We provide free return/exchange shipping for orders coming from the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Any returns that are outside of the above listed return parameters will be considered on a case by case basis. Please submit your return information to our customer service portal and we will communicate further instructions with you. We can only offer ONE free return shipping label per order (for an exchange or return). If more than one return is needed per order, we will still accept the return without a restocking fee, but will not offer free return shipping.
