We strive to ship your order out of our warehouse same-day, or next-day if ordered after 3pm Central Time. Occasionally, due to holidays or unexpected circumstances, your order will ship out within 1-3 business days. You should receive your order in 5-7 business days.

Yes! You can track your order from our warehouse to your home by clicking or tapping on the button at the bottom of this page ("Where Are My Comfy Blankets?")

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. You will receive your items in 5-7 business days.

Watercolor Kids offers free shipping on orders over $149.

For orders equaling $148.99 or less, shipping rates vary based on weight and distance traveled.

Watercolor Kids will provide free return/exchange shipping for orders coming from the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. We will offer/provide ONE free return shipping label per order (for an exchange or return). If more than one return is needed per order, we will still accept the return within 60 days of purchase, but will not offer free return shipping.

Watercolor Kids accepts returns and exchanges on any unused and unwashed products, in original packaging, within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, Watercolor Kids cannot accept returns for any reason. Products with woven or law labels removed cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus outbound shipping costs. If preferred, a store credit can be provided in lieu of a refund if requested.

Once we receive your return to our warehouse, please allow 10-12 business days to process the refund.

You must have the original emailed receipt for return or exchange, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Only one exchange is permitted per purchase.
